Yes, we all know that you can “manually” manage every single thing, but I can guarantee you that there are online tools–many of which are free or inexpensive–which make your daily processes faster and more functional so you can save time, organize yourself better, and have an actual life.

I am an avid supporter of daily automation. We may not be aware of it, but there are many tools out there that make life easier in an extraordinary way!

 

Below are 15 tools to make your productivity skyrocket

1. BILLING AND ONLINE PAYMENTS: Paypal

Paypal not only allows you to make online purchasea, but you can also receive money and, above all, issue invoices. Your invoices will be directly sent to your customers and you will be notified when they are paid. Paypal charges a small fee for this convenience (one that’s worth it in my opinion)

 

2. PAYMENTS ABROAD: Transferwise

If you need to receive and make payments in different currencies, I suggest you take a look at Transferwise. This recent startup allows multi-currency payments both one-time and through the opening of a multi-currency online account, at a reduced exchange rate and low commission fees

3. CREATION OF DOCUMENTS: Google Docs for Work

Google offers a platform for creating and storing personalized documents via Google Drive. You can create documents of any kind, share them and allow them to be modified. By integrating this platform with other tools you can automate the creation of proposals, contracts, invoices, and so on

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Clickup

The one tool I can’t live without, and here’s why. (insert link for clickup blog post here). Clickup is a FREE project management tool where you can organize to dos, plan workflows, stay on track with deadlines, schedule different steps of a project, collaborate and assign tasks, manage your calendar, track the time taken for each work phase–.literally everything. That’s why I can’t live without it. (There is a paid version at a low price if you want even more productivity magic.) 

5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Trello

Trello is an excellent project management tool for those of us who are more visual learners. It’s also FREE! It allows you to plan and share your projects. It can be integrated with numerous platforms to further increase its potential

6. SIGNING CONTRACTS: HelloSign

Signing contracts with online clients can be a problem. I use and love HelloSign. It’s free if used for up to three contracts per month. There’s a fee if you’re using a greater number of contracts per month. The signature through HelloSign is legally binding and recognised, immediate, and without the need to meet in person

7. EMAIL MARKETING: Mailchimp

Mailchimp allows you to organise email campaigns in a simple and functional way. It has a free account for up to 2000 contacts. In the free version, the templates are limited, but it is still a great tool for those who want to start email marketing

8. EMAIL MARKETING: Flodesk

Flodesk was recently released and is still in beta-phase. It is a new platform with extremely visually appealing templates. It’s not free, but has a fixed price regardless of the number of subscribers. Moreover, the price is currently discounted at 50% for all those who join the beta phase

9. CREATION OF FORMS AND QUESTIONNAIRES: Google Forms

Google Forms allows you to create forms and questionnaires in an extremely simple way. It also allows the creation of an associated link so you can send the documents you create by email and share online. Google will collect the answers for you

10. CREATION OF SIMPLE GRAPHICS: Canva and Crello

Maybe these tools are considered a bit too simple by graphic designers, but for those who have to create posts for social media, presentations, e-books, flyers, letterheads and much more, Canva and Crello can be life-saving. The free account enables you to achieve excellent results through a drag and drop system

11. ONLINE COURSE CREATION: Teachable

Are you constantly asked the same questions? Turn those questions into a course and start making money for your time! Teachable makes it easy to create online courses. The creation of the first course is free!

12. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: Calendly

Calendly enables you to arrange an appointment by setting your availability and checking when they match with your clients/colleagues availability. By sharing the link with other people, everyone can indicate their preferences and it will be easier to find the best time for everyone

13. POST PLANNING ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Later

Thanks to Later, it is possible to plan in advance when your posts will be released in each social media platform, deciding days and times even a month in advance

14. TIME MONITORING: Toggl

Track your time with Toggl. Toggl allows you to take into account the time you spend on various projects and it is very useful whether you work with an hourly rate or simply want to track how long a task takes to be completed

15. VIDEOCONFERENCES: Zoom

Do you want to organise a video conference, a webinar or a video call? Zoom is a great solution. It works very well even with a slow internet connection. You can share your screen, record the conversation and review it later on
